What is a System Boiler?

The system boiler, similar to the regular (conventional) boiler, uses a hot water cylinder to store hot water for central heating and multiple appliances around the property such as showers and taps.

Designed with built-in pumps, the system boiler uses water pressure to move hot water around the property and send hot water to appliances and radiators.

Only consisting of the unit and the hot water cylinder,  the system boiler is a compact boiler solution which can be easily stored away in an airing cupboard or something similar.

Why Choose a System Boiler?

The system boiler is a popular option for UK households due to its convenience and reliability. The system boiler uses a thermal cylinder that collects hot water stored and can supply large hot water demands, whether for multiple hot shower use or tap water. The cylinder is fairly compact and can be easily stored in an airing cupboard or something similar, which means that it can be stored away easily and doesn’t require much space in the home.

  • Small, compact system to be stored away
  • Multi-use hot water for households with high demands
  • Ability to connect hot water to solar panels
  • Back up hot water in case of boiler issues
