Our experienced gas engineers at Home Care Heating will replace your old inefficient boiler with an ultra-modern, A-rated boiler. Your new boiler will keep you and your family warm in winter and save you hundreds of pounds each year on your heating bills. This is because we insist on only installing the most efficient brands of boiler, all for an affordable price.
We replace your old boiler with top brands such as Ideal, Worcester, Vokera, Glow Worm, Baxi, Vaillant and Heatline. This means you and your family are provided with hot water and heating exactly when you need it.
Below we list each boiler type we install plus we outline our standard and premium boiler packages on offer.
A ‘combi’ boiler is so-called because it provides both hot water and central heating. With a combi-boiler there is no need for a hot water storage tank since all your water is heated directly from your boiler. Likewise, there is no need for a cold water storage tank since a combi-boiler draws its water supply directly from the mains.
For small-to-medium sized properties we fully recommend you invest in a combi boiler. Our engineers are available to install your new combi boiler if you live in the North West or North Wales area. We replace your old boiler with a well-known brand of combi boiler including Ideal, Worcester, Vokera, Glow Worm, Baxi, Vaillant and Heatline.
A heat-only boiler is also known as a 'conventional boiler'. When this sort of boiler is installed we also install a hot water storage cylinder, typically in an upstairs airing cupboard. We also install a cold water 'expansion' tank in your loft. We stock heat-only boilers from top brands such as Ideal, Worcester, Vokera, Glow Worm, Baxi and Vaillant-Heatline.
A heat-only boiler is the preferred choice for larger properties. A heat-only boiler will cope with an increased demand for hot water, particularly when compared with a combi boiler. This is because a combi boiler is fed directly from the mains and so water pressure will fall when two or more taps are turned on simultaneously. In contrast a heat-only boiler draws its water supply from an expansion tank in your loft. This tank typically contains many litres of water capable of withstanding a high demand for water.
When installing a system-boiler we are required to install a hot water storage cylinder in your upstairs airing cupboard. This cylinder is made from either stainless steel or copper. A system-boiler is designed to incorporate an expansion vessel and pump directly into the boiler. This allows a much quicker installation time when compared to heat-only boilers described above.
System-boilers also heat up water much more rapidly than heat-only boilers. Furthermore system-boilers do not require an expansion tank in your loft. We stock system-boilers from top brands such as Ideal, Worcester, Vokera, Glow Worm, Baxi, Vaillant and Heatline.
